Stain Me

This piece was in collaboration with process-based artist Marisa Matusha. Her work focuses abstract depictions of bodily function through the lens of abject and evocative imagery and movement. I created a generative piece of music that took the visual input from a video intended for installation display, and used the motion data to control timbral effects and composition.

The sonic palette of this piece was designed to complement and build on the visuals provided by Matusha as well as her artistic ethos.
